Our next Mindfulness Meditation course will begin on Friday the 11 April at Bonnie-Doon in Mandurah. The course includes 6 x 1 hour sessions covering the following themes:
- Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation
- Session 2: Mindfulness of Body and Breath
- Session 3: Mindfulness of Emotions and Feelings
- Session 4: Working with Thoughts and Beliefs
- Session 5: The Wise Heart
- Session 6: Bringing the Practise to the World
